About the Festival

The John Cain Foundation has served the people of the Central Arkansas area for years. Ras Levi began One Love Entertainment in 1988. Inspired by the late Bob Marley song, we deal with the Love philosophy. We promote Local, National & International Reggae artists. One Love Entertainment looks to shine its love on everyone.

This year, we are teaming up to provide more cultural awareness and diversity to the great state of Arkansas. We are looking to be a mainstay in helping our state welcome people with diverse backgrounds, promote positive social interaction and build relationships amongst the community.

September 4, 2021 the Arkansas Reggae Festival will be happening on the North Shore of Riverfront Park in North Little Rock. This event will provide cultural diversity, racial harmony, community and educational awareness through the appreciation of music, food, and the arts while bringing a touch of Caribbean to Arkansas.
